We are looking for qualified and dynamic candidate for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager base
in Phnom Penh


▪ Research contacts, qualify, and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings for
new product developments to prospective or existing clients
▪ Responsible for the management of sales team. Lead the sales team to achieve sales target, evaluate
weekly, monthly performance, guarantee high work efficiency and monitor daily operations.
▪ Proactively oversee sales and marketing operations within the Country, suggesting improvement that
can support all national operations.
▪ Achieve budgeted sales numbers and net margins as per the annual agreed plan.
▪ Drive, evaluate and track sales on weekly and monthly basis compared to budget.
▪ Develop robust overall short and medium terms marketing plans by Brand and Category (Food,
Wine & Beverage)
▪ Forecast, control and manage all trade marketing activities.
▪ Develop company and Brand image as a credible player in the market through participation in
credible industry and networking events.
▪ Ownership of demand forecast for all Brands (Food, Wine & Beverages).
▪ Supervise the sales collection. Manages sales to maximize profits and minimize expenses following
the Sales strategy in the different markets
▪ Be a successful recruiter and retainer of people to build a team to manage a fast growth strategy;
monitor the staff performance through effective key performance indicators, targets and goal settings
as well as regular review and feedback sessions
▪ Establish a sales & marketing presence for the region with regards to customers, staff, brand-owners
on all required occasions in a professional, knowledgeable and supportive manner.
▪ Provide regular weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of performance to Operations Director.
▪ Other duties as reasonably assigned by management.


▪ Minimum of 7-10 years experiences in Sales and Marketing (F&B industry is a plus)
▪ A team leader attitude and dynamic personality
▪ Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration, Sales and Marketing
▪ Strong communication and negotiable skill, flexible, and high ability to communicate with senior
